FarmRaise Passport is the enterprise system of record for agriculture and conservation programs. Universities, agribusinesses, NGOs, and government agencies use it to enroll producers, structure what those producers report, and keep every claim linked to the document behind it, so the record holds up to whoever reviews it.
Program work falls apart in the gap between collecting information and having to account for it. Enrollment happens in spreadsheets, practice data arrives by email, and the receipts and soil tests that prove any of it sit somewhere else entirely, so the reporting window turns into an exercise in reconstruction. We built one system where enrollment, practice data, payments, and the documents behind them stay together from the day a producer signs up. A producer enters something once and it follows them into every program they join. Reporting becomes an export rather than a project, whether you enrolled forty producers or four thousand. And when someone asks how you know, the answer is a record that traces back to what it came from.
